The NIHU International Prize in Japanese Studies 2023

The fifth NIHU International Prize in Japanese Studies was awarded to Dr. SHIBATANI Masayoshi, Deedee McMurtry Chair Professor of Humanities and Professor of Linguistics Emeritus at Rice University/Professor Emeritus of Kobe University. The awards ceremony and commemorative lecture took place on 19 January 2024.
