The National Institutes for the Humanities (NIHU) organizes symposiums (twice every year) for the
general public in order to share the comprehensive human culture related resources and results it has

The National Museum of Japanese History and the National Museum of Ethnology both have permanent and temporary exhibitions at display. The National Institute of Japanese Literature also has an exhibition space where they put on temporary exhibitions throughout the year.
